This is the only grain which never rots from within...it does not get rotten from within...that is why pure character/purity is likened to washed rice!(धुतलेल्या तांंदुळाची उपमा)
Rice is a single grain that does not divide into two parts or splits.
The second, the plant that comes after planting rice is removed and planted elsewhere...then it really blooms.....! Similarly, a girl before marriage grows up in one place....but after marriage goes to another house and there she blossoms....for this also Good omen -Akshata Mangalyarupi....like this she is used as a blossom....
Our cultural practices are very thoughtful.
Preserve our culture and traditions. The next generation should know this according to time.
